THE STORY BEHIND THE ALBUM
How Aura Violet became an emotional narrative.
DJ Oronzo created Aura Violet as a connected journey through sensitivity, memory, closeness, vulnerability and transformation.

The album was released in 2025 and contains twelve Italian-language songs. Its sound combines atmospheric synthwave, electronic pop and the warmth associated with 1980s synthesizers.
Almost every song speaks from the inner perspective of a woman. The focus is not on spectacle, but on the feelings that often remain beneath the surface: care, longing, uncertainty, empathy, silent strength and the need to find meaning in personal change.
THE VIOLET IMAGE
A colour for intuition, empathy and change.
The album title is a poetic image rather than a label. Violet represents a strength that does not need to be loud in order to be felt.
The songs are written as chapters of one emotional journey. They move between closeness and distance, hope and doubt, silence and expression. The electronic arrangements create continuity, while every song opens a distinct inner scene.
Italian is central to the identity of the album. Its sound, rhythm and emotional directness allow the lyrics to remain intimate while the synthwave production expands them into a cinematic space.
The project also connects DJ Oronzo’s musical return with his personal history: a St. Gallen background, Italian roots, a long-standing interest in the sound of the 1980s and a creative process shaped by technology.
The story remains open. Instrumental versions and future recordings with a real female voice can give the album’s central perspective new forms without changing its emotional core.
IN ONE SENTENCE
Music that creates room for what is usually left unsaid.
Aura Violet does not offer quick answers. It invites the listener to slow down, notice subtle emotions and allow memory, vulnerability and hope to exist together.
